1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking line 28 and inserting the
1 3 following:
1 4 "b. The rental agreement for a mobile home park
1 5 space shall include a provision stating that the
1 6 mobile home park has a storm shelter, an evacuation
1 7 plan, or neither a storm shelter or an evacuation
1 8 plan.
1 9 c. For the purposes of this subsection:"
1 10 #2. Page 2, by striking line 26 and inserting the
1 11 following:

1 19 word "parks," the following: "providing notice of
