  1  1    Amend House File 730 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 6 through 11 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "board.  A majority of the
  1  4 members of a community board shall be elected
  1  5 officials and members of the public who are not
  1  6 employed by a provider of services to or for the
  1  7 community board.  At least one".
  1  8    #2.  Page 6, line 14, by striking the words "three
  1  9 years" and inserting the following:  "not more than
  1 10 three years and the terms shall be staggered".
