  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-1201, to House File 700, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "#   .  Page 2, by striking lines 6 through 10 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "deposit.  A written notice
  1  7 shall contain the name of the tenant responsible for
  1  8 charges, address of the residential rental property
  1  9 that the tenant is to occupy, and the date that the
  1 10 occupancy begins.  A change in tenant shall require a
  1 11 new written notice and deposit to be given to the city
  1 12 utility or enterprise within ten business days of the
  1 13 change in tenant.  When the tenant moves from".
  1 14    #   .  Page 2, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 15 "property." the following:  "A change in the ownership
  1 16 of the residential rental property shall require
  1 17 written notice of such change to be given to the city
  1 18 utility or enterprise within ten business days of the
  1 19 completion of the change of ownership.""
  1 20    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
