1 7 amended" and inserting the following: "is amended".
1 8 #3. By striking page 1, line 15, through page 2,
1 9 line 5.
1 10 #4. Page 3, by striking lines 6 through 10, and
1 11 inserting the following: "probation shall require
1 12 submission to random drug testing. If the person
1 13 fails a drug test, the court may transfer the person's
1 14 placement to any appropriate placement permissible
1 15 under the court order."
1 16 #5. Page 3, by striking lines 19 through 23, and
1 17 inserting the following: "shall require submission to
1 18 random drug testing. If the person fails a drug test,
1 19 the court may transfer the person's placement to any
1 20 appropriate placement permissible under the court
1 21 order."
1 22 #6. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 23 and correcting internal references as necessary.
