  1  1    Amend Senate File 106, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 18 and 19 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "standards set forth in
  1  5 section 104A.6.  In every covered multiple-dwelling-
  1  6 unit".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, line 21, by striking the words "shall
  1  8 meet".
  1  9    #3.  Page 1, line 22, by striking the words "shall
  1 10 be met" and inserting the following:  "shall be met".
  1 11    #4.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 through 26 and
  1 12 inserting the following:  "However, this chapter shall
  1 13 not apply to a building, or to structures or
  1 14 facilities within the building, if the primary use of
  1 15 the building is to serve as a place of worship."
  1 16    #5.  Title page, line 1, by striking the word
  1 17 "elevators" and inserting the following:  "church
  1 18 buildings".
