  1  4 regulations governing drug and alcohol usage,".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "program." the following:  "Drug and alcohol testing
  1  7 authorized by this chapter shall be conducted pursuant
  1  8 to the rules and regulations explained in the
  1  9 handbook."
