1 7 or lease."
1 8 #2. Page 1, by striking lines 23 through 29 and
1 9 inserting the following: "electronic information that
1 10 is addressed to a recipient for delivery using an
1 11 internet computer network."
1 12 #3. Page 1, line 33, by striking the words
1 13 "service, system, or provider" and inserting the
1 14 following: "service or system".
