  1  2    #1.  Page 11, by striking lines 31 through 34 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "   .  Prior to obtaining a sample for the purpose
  1  5 of performing an HIV-related test, the subject of the
  1  6 test shall be provided with preliminary counseling
  1  7 which includes but is not limited to an explanation of
  1  8 the test, an explanation of the nature of AIDS and
  1  9 AIDS-related conditions, an explanation of the
  1 10 procedures to be followed, and information regarding
  1 11 HIV infection and risk reduction.  At any time that".
