1 2 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 14 and
1 3 inserting the following:
1 4 "Section 1. LAKE MACBRIDE ADVISORY COMMITTEE. The
1 5 natural resource commission of the department of
1 6 natural resources shall create a lake Macbride
1 7 advisory committee. The committee shall advise the
1 8 commission and the general assembly as to the various
1 9 recreational uses of lake Macbride. The membership of
1 10 the advisory committee shall include, but is not
1 11 limited to, persons representing sailing,
1 12 motorboating, canoeing, fishing, hunting, swimming,
1 13 diving, and other recreational interests as determined
1 14 by the commission. The committee shall consider the
1 15 current and potential uses of lake Macbride and report
1 16 its findings and recommendations regarding the
1 17 recreational uses of the lake to the commission and
1 18 the general assembly not later than January 15, 2000."
1 19 #2. Title page, by striking lines 1 and 2 and
1 20 inserting the following: "An Act relating to a study
1 21 of the recreational uses of a certain artificial lake
1 22 and providing an effective date."
