  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the words "and
  1  3 photographs" and inserting the following:  "and
  1  4 photographs".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "misdemeanor." the following:  "In addition,
  1  7 photographs of a child who has been taken into custody
  1  8 may be taken and filed by a criminal or juvenile
  1  9 justice agency investigating the commission of a
  1 10 public offense other than a simple misdemeanor."
