  1  1    Amend the Committee amendment, H-1044, to House
  1  2 File 218 as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking line 33 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "program and projects of the loess hills
  1  5 alliance.
  1  6    Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  161D.8  SALE OF LOESS
  1  7 SOILS FOR FILL PROHIBITED – PENALTY.
  1  8    1.  It is unlawful for a person to sell dirt, soil,
  1  9 or other materials containing loess soils within the
  1 10 geographic area of the loess hills alliance as
  1 11 described in section 161D.5 for use as fill dirt.
  1 12    2.  A person violating subsection 1 is guilty of a
  1 13 serious misdemeanor."
  1 14    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 36 the
  1 15 following:
  1 16    "#   .  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 17 word "matters" the following:  "and a penalty"."
