  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 20, by striking the words "A
  1  3 manufacturer" and inserting the following:  "Unless
  1  4 authorized under subsection 3, a manufacturer".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 26, by striking the words "A
  1  6 manufacturer" and inserting the following:  "Unless
  1  7 authorized under subsection 3, a manufacturer".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "3.  The prohibitions in this section do not apply
  1 11 to transactions between manufacturers, distributors,
  1 12 or wholesalers."
