  1  1    Amend Senate File 37, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the figure
  1  4 "481A.39." the following:  "A person shall not possess
  1  5 a mourning dove without a special tag being attached
  1  6 to the mourning dove.  Upon request, the commission
  1  7 shall issue the special mourning dove tags for a fee
  1  8 of one dollar per tag.  The revenue derived from the
  1  9 special mourning dove tags shall be credited to the
  1 10 state fish and game protection fund and used for
  1 11 conservation education."
