  1  1    Amend Senate File 37, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 13 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  Section 481A.137, subsection 2, Code
  1  6 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    2.  A person violating subsection 1 is subject to a
  1  8 scheduled fine as provided in section 805.8.  However,
  1  9 the fine shall be five hundred dollars for each
  1 10 mourning dove abandoned as provided in subsection 1."
