  1  1    Amend House Resolution 3 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "1A.  A member shall not use a telephonic or
  1  5 electronic device to audibly transmit or receive
  1  6 communications while recognized by the presiding
  1  7 officer to speak in debate."
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
