1 12 offices within the municipal corporation or urban complex in
1 13 which the principal place of business of the bank is located,
1 14 subject to the following conditions and limitations:
1 15 (1) If the municipal corporation or urban complex has a
1 16 population of one hundred thousand or less according to the
1 17 most recent federal census, the state bank shall not establish
1 18 more than four bank offices.
1 19 (2) If the municipal corporation or urban complex has a
1 20 population of more than one hundred thousand but not more than
1 21 two hundred thousand according to the most recent federal
1 22 census, the state bank shall not establish more than five bank
  1 23 offices.
