  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 8, by striking the word "shall"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "may".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, lines 25 through 27, by striking the
  1  6 words "other than a site located underground and
  1  7 holding a grain warehouse license,"
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 29, by striking the word "fifty"
  1  9 and inserting the following:  "thirty-five".
  1 10    #4.  Page 1, by striking lines 30 through 32 and
  1 11 inserting the following:  "equivalent collected by the
  1 12 site and the prior to July 1, 1998.  The financial".
  1 13    #5.  Page 1, lines 34 and 35, by striking the words
  1 14 "eighty-five" and inserting the following:  "eighty-
  1 15 five thirty-five".
  1 16    #6.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1 17 "department." the following:  "This paragraph shall
  1 18 take effect July 1, 1999."
  1 19    #7.  Page 2, by striking lines 12 through 18 and
  1 20 inserting the following:  "tire collection or
  1 21 processing site, the financial assurance instrument
  1 22 for a waste tire collection site shall provide
  1 23 coverage in an amount which is equivalent to eighty-
  1 24 five cents per passenger tire equivalent collected by
  1 25 the site on or after July 1, 1998, and the financial
  1 26 assurance instrument for a waste tire processing site
  1 27 shall provide coverage in an amount which is
  1 28 equivalent to eighty-five cents per passenger tire
  1 29 equivalent collected for processing by the site which
  1 30 is above the three-day processing supply of tires for
  1 31 the site as determined by the department."
  1 32    #8.  By striking page 2, line 19, through page 3,
  1 33 line 1.
  1 34    #9.  By renumbering as necessary.
