  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5733, to the House
  1  2 amendment, S-5359, to Senate File 2320, as passed by
  1  3 the Senate, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 37 through 39 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "on or before the effective
  1  6 date of this Act.
  1  7    c.  However, the commission shall not enforce the
  1  8 requirements of this subsection until the subsection
  1  9 applies to all gambling licensees including gambling
  1 10 operations authorized by treaty."
