  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by striking the word
  1  4 "prisoners" and inserting the following:  "inmates
  1  5 provided that any lease for the building space or
  1  6 contract for use of inmate labor in the building space
  1  7 shall require provision of ten hours of training or
  1  8 education to an inmate within each forty-hour work
  1  9 week".
