1 15 and beauty; boat repair; vehicle wash and wax;
1 16 carpentry; roof, shingle, and glass repair; dance
1 17 schools and dance studios; dating services; dry
1 18 cleaning, pressing, dyeing, and laundering; electrical
1 19 and electronic repair and installation; rental of
1 20 tangible personal property, except mobile homes which
1 21 are tangible personal property; excavating and
1 22 grading; farm implement repair of all kinds; flying
1 23 service; furniture, rug, upholstery repair and
1 24 cleaning; fur storage and repair; golf and country
1 25 clubs and all commercial recreation; house and
1 26 building moving; household appliance, television, and
1 27 radio repair; jewelry and watch repair; limousine
1 28 service, including driver; machine operator; machine
1 29 repair of all kinds; motor repair; motorcycle,
1 30 scooter, and bicycle repair; oilers and lubricators;
1 31 office and business machine repair; painting,
1 32 papering, and interior decorating; parking facilities;
1 33 pipe fitting and plumbing; wood preparation; licensed
1 34 executive search agencies; private employment
1 35 agencies, excluding services for placing a person in
1 36 employment where the principal place of employment of
1 37 that person is to be located outside of the state;
1 38 sewage services for nonresidential commercial
1 39 operations; sewing and stitching; shoe repair and
1 40 shoeshine; sign construction and installation; storage
1 41 of household goods, mini-storage, and warehousing of
1 42 raw agricultural products; swimming pool cleaning and
1 43 maintenance; taxidermy services; telephone answering
1 44 service; test laboratories, including mobile testing
1 45 laboratories and field testing by testing
1 46 laboratories, and excluding tests on humans or
1 47 animals; termite, bug, roach, and pest eradicators;
1 48 tin and sheet metal repair; turkish baths, massage,
1 49 and reducing salons, excluding services provided by
1 50 massage therapists licensed under chapter 152C;
2 1 weighing; welding; well drilling; wrapping, packing,
2 2 and packaging of merchandise other than processed
2 3 meat, fish, fowl and vegetables; wrecking service;
2 4 wrecker and towing; pay television; campgrounds;
2 5 carpet and upholstery cleaning; gun and camera repair;
2 6 janitorial and building maintenance or cleaning; lawn
2 7 care, landscaping and tree trimming and removal; pet
2 8 grooming; reflexology; security and detective
2 9 services; tanning beds or salons; and water
2 10 conditioning and softening."
2 11 #3. Title page, line 7, by inserting after the
2 12 word "hospitals" the following: "and services
2 13 provided by licensed massage therapists".
