1 5 "(12) Adjunct instructors. As used in this
1 6 subparagraph, unless the context otherwise requires,
1 7 "adjunct instructors" means instructors employed by a
1 8 community college or a university governed by the
1 9 state board of regents without a continuing contract,
1 10 whose teaching load does not exceed one-half time for
1 11 two full semesters or three full quarters per calendar
1 12 year."
1 13 #2. By striking page 12, line 29, through page 13,
1 14 line 1, and inserting the following: "employee under
1 15 this subparagraph."
