  1  4 "HOSPITALS" the following:  "AND NURSING FACILITIES".
  1  5    #2.  Page 5, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "hospital" the following:  "or to a nonprofit nursing
  1  7 facility licensed pursuant to chapter 135C to be used
  1  8 in the operation of the nursing facility".
  1  9    #3.  Title page, line 7, by inserting after the
  1 10 word "hospitals" the following:  "and nursing
  1 11 facilities".
