  1  3    #1.  Page 13, by striking lines 8 and 9.
  1  4    #2.  Page 35, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec. ___.  DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.  There is
  1  7 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  8 department of human services for the fiscal year
  1  9 beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, the
  1 10 following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary,
  1 11 to be used for the purpose designated:
  1 12    For increased civil commitment costs at the Oakdale
  1 13 classification facility:  
  1 14 .................................................. $    500,000"
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
