  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5468, to Senate File
  1  2 2391, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by inserting before line 14 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "c.  The department of public safety shall adopt
  1  7 nationally accepted standards for determining
  1  8 detectable levels of controlled substances in the
  1  9 division of criminal investigation's initial
  1 10 laboratory screening test for controlled substances."
  1 11    #2.  Page 3, by striking lines 25 through 36.
  1 12    #3.  Page 4, by striking lines 18 through 22.
  1 13    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
