  1  7    #3.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1  8 "finance and" and inserting the following:

  1 10    #4.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words
  1 11 "appropriation and taxation exemption," and inserting
  1 12 the following:  "appropriation,".
