  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 15 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  CONNER DECREE.  The provisions of this
  1  6 Act relating to the Glenwood state hospital-school and
  1  7 the Woodward state hospital-school shall be
  1  8 implemented in accordance with the consent decree of
  1  9 Conner v. Branstad, No. 4-86-CV-30871(S.D.  Iowa, July
  1 10 1994)."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
