  1  1    Amend Senate File 2410 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 79, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  ACCREDITATION OF CERTIFICATION OF
  1  5 SERVICE PROVIDERS.  Effective July 1, 1998, the
  1  6 department of human services shall include persons
  1  7 with Prader-Willi syndrome, who, due to their
  1  8 disability, experience limitations in three or more of
  1  9 the major life activities as defined in the federal
  1 10 Developmental Disability Assistance and Bill of Rights
  1 11 Act, Pub. L. No. 101-496, in the definition of
  1 12 "persons with disabilities" used in the department's
  1 13 rules for accreditation or certification of providers
  1 14 of services to persons with mental illness, mental
  1 15 retardation, and developmental disabilities, in 441
  1 16 IAC 24."
