1 2 #1. Page 6, line 17, by striking the figure "1999"
1 3 and inserting the following: "2000".
1 4 #2. Page 6, line 25, by inserting after the figure
1 5 "1999." the following: "The report shall include a
1 6 summary of the implementation plan for mandatory
1 7 statewide usage of the electronic benefit transfer
1 8 program, including timelines and projected costs. If
1 9 legislation is enacted by the Seventy-seventh General
1 10 Assembly, 1998 Session, establishing fee payments to
1 11 any retailers who participate in the electronic
1 12 benefit transfer program, the report shall
1 13 specifically include a projection of the costs of the
1 14 fee payments in each of the state fiscal years
1 15 beginning July 1, 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002, and an
1 16 updated comparison of fees being paid in other
1 17 states."
