  1  1    Amend Senate File 2360 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 22, by striking lines 15 and 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "with this chapter.  In
  1  4 addition, the tax imposed under this chapter is a lien
  1  5 on the share of the estate passing to the surviving
  1  6 spouse, and parents, grandparents, great-grandparents,
  1  7 and other lineal ascendants, children including
  1  8 legally adopted children and biological children
  1  9 entitled to inherit under the laws of this state,
  1 10 stepchildren, and grandchildren, great-grandchildren,
  1 11 and other lineal descendants.  The".
