  1  3    #1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 8 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455J.9A  LIMITATIONS.
  1  6    Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, a
  1  7 privilege provided in this chapter shall not exist in
  1  8 connection with any private civil legal action."
