  1  1    Amend House File 382, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 10 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "2A.  If one member of a male and female couple has
  1  6 a sex change operation, the marriage remains valid and
  1  7 the partner who did not change gender is entitled to
  1  8 claim all material rights and privileges including
  1  9 those related to pension, inheritance, and financial
  1 10 benefits."
