  1  1    Amend House File 2262, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "located." the following:  "Notwithstanding section
  1  5 804.7A, for purposes of this section "out-of-state
  1  6 peace officer" also means a person employed full-time
  1  7 by the United States government who is empowered to
  1  8 effect an arrest with or without a warrant for a
  1  9 violation of the United States Code and who is
  1 10 authorized to carry a firearm in the performance of
  1 11 the person's duties as a federal law enforcement
  1 12 officer."
  1 13    #2.  Title page, line 2, by striking the word
  1 14 "between" and inserting the following:  "with".
