  1  1    Amend Senate File 2401 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 25, by striking the word "nine"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1  4    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 28 through 33 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "and every year thereafter,
  1  6 and in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and
  1  7 every year thereafter any planning area which meets
  1  8 the twenty-five percent goal provided in section
  1  9 455D.3 shall retain, in addition to the twenty-five
  1 10 cents retained pursuant to this subsection, ten cents
  1 11 of the tonnage fee per ton of solid waste.  Any
  1 12 tonnage fees retained pursuant".
  1 13    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 4 through 6 and
  1 14 inserting the following:  ""a", subparagraph (1)."
