1 8 certified by the national certification board for
1 9 diabetes educators or a licensed dietitian, nurse,
1 10 pharmacist, or other licensed health professional who
1 11 may provide training and education under a program
1 12 which meets the standards of diabetes self-management
1 13 education as established by the American diabetes
1 14 association or the Iowa department of public health."
