  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 33 and 34 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "ride pursuant to section
  1  4 88A.16, subsection 2, is subject to a civil penalty of
  1  5 one hundred dollars."
  1  6    #2.  Page 4, line 7, by striking the word "four"
  1  7 and inserting the following:  "two".
  1  8    #3.  Page 4, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "exit" the following:  "most commonly used by riders".
  1 10    #4.  Page 4, line 29, by striking the words "or
  1 11 imprisonment".
