  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 11 through 13.
  1  3    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 21 through 25 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "the retailer's equipment
  1  5 shall be paid a fee of fifteen cents by the department
  1  6 for each cash disbursement transaction by the
  1  7 retailer."
  1  8    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
