  1  1    Amend Senate File 2398 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 9 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "6.  A person who is required to undergo
  1  5 medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment, or treatment
  1  6 utilizing another approved pharmaceutical agent,
  1  7 pursuant to this section, shall be required to pay a
  1  8 reasonable fee to pay for the costs of providing the
  1  9 treatment.  A requirement that a person pay a fee
  1 10 shall include provision for reduction, deferral, or
  1 11 waiver of payment if the person is financially unable
  1 12 to pay the fee."
