  1  1    Amend Senate File 2068 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting before the word
  1  3 "The" the following:  "Cities may provide the
  1  4 hospital, nursing, and medical attention required by
  1  5 this section through the purchase of insurance, by
  1  6 self-insuring the obligation, or through payment of
  1  7 moneys into a local government risk pool established
  1  8 for the purpose of covering the costs associated with
  1  9 the requirements of this section."
  1 10    #2.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "of" the following:  "providing".
  1 12    #3.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "attention" the following:  "required by this
  1 14 section".
