  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3826, to House File 731, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "A member of the Seventy-seventh General Assembly
  1  7 is prohibited from receiving a loan from the ag-
  1  8 initiative 2000 subaccount.  A member in violation of
  1  9 this provision is guilty of an aggravated
  1 10 misdemeanor."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
