  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3826, to House File 731, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 27 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "   .  That the packing plant which is an indirect
  1  7 recipient of assistance has or will have met the
  1  8 requirements specified in section 15.329, subsections
  1  9 1 and 2."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
