  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3826, to House File 731, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "A member of the general assembly is prohibited
  1  7 from having a financial interest in any packing plant
  1  8 receiving assistance under the ag-initiative 2000
  1  9 subaccount.  A member in violation of this provision
  1 10 is guilty of an aggravated misdemeanor."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
