  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3828, to House File 731, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "development." the following:  "If there is a loss of
  1  6 value of a blufflands protection project funded under
  1  7 this section resulting from restrictive covenants, the
  1  8 conservation organization shall be forgiven seventy-
  1  9 five percent of the amount of the loss not exceeding
  1 10 the amount of the loan.  If a loan is used to purchase
  1 11 a conservation easement on a blufflands protection
  1 12 project, the conservation organization shall be
  1 13 forgiven seventy-five percent of the loan."
