  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 12 and 13, and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 19, by striking lines 6 and 7, and
  1  7 inserting the following:
  1  8    "Sec. ___.  Section 310.36, Code 1997, is
  1  9 repealed.""
