  1  1    Amend House Concurrent Resolution 22, as amended,
  1  2 passed, and reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 30, by striking the word "shall"
  1  4 and inserting the following:  "may".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 29, by striking the word "force."
  1  6 and inserting the following:  "force; and"
  1  7    #3.  By striking page 3, line 30 through page 4,
  1  8 line 6.
  1  9    #4.  Page 4, by inserting after line 16 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That recommendations
  1 12 contained in the progress report prepared by the task
  1 13 force or contained in the final report prepared by the
  1 14 task force shall be drafted as study bills by the
  1 15 legislative service bureau for consideration by the
  1 16 General Assembly."
