  1  1    Amend the committee amendment, S-3770, to House
  1  2 File 731, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the
  1  3 House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, line 1, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "state." the following:  "For purposes of this
  1  6 section, "litigation costs" are those costs itemized
  1  7 by the attorney general and submitted to and approved
  1  8 by the general assembly."
