  1  1    Amend House File 724, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the words "is a
  1  4 designated urban" and inserting the following:  "meets
  1  5 the requirements for eligibility for an urban or
  1  6 rural".
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, lines 22 and 23, by striking the words
  1  8 "within a designated urban" and inserting the
  1  9 following:  "meeting the requirements for eligibility
  1 10 for an urban or rural".
  1 11    #3.  Page 2, line 33, by striking the word "one-
  1 12 time".
  1 13    #4.  Page 2, line 34, by striking the word "is" and
  1 14 inserting the following:  "will be".
  1 15    #5.  Page 4, line 34, by striking the words "a
  1 16 designated urban" and inserting the following:  "an
  1 17 area meeting the requirements for eligibility for an
  1 18 urban or rural".
  1 19    #6.  Page 5, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1 20 "requirements" the following:  ", including
  1 21 requirements related to compensation and benefits,".
  1 22    #7.  Page 7, line 11, by inserting after the words
  1 23 "of the" the following:  "value added to the".
  1 24    #8.  Page 7, line 13, by inserting after the word
  1 25 "business." the following:  "The amount of value added
  1 26 for purposes of this subsection shall be the amount of
  1 27 the increase in assessed valuation of the property
  1 28 following the location or expansion of the business in
  1 29 the enterprise zone."
  1 30    #9.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 31 and correcting internal references as necessary.
