1 2 612 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 5, by striking lines 6 and 7.
1 5 #2. Page 5, by striking lines 41 and 42 and
1 6 inserting the following: "parent. The amount paid by
1 7 each parent shall not exceed thirty-three and one-
1 8 third percent of the total cost of postsecondary
1 9 education."
1 10 #3. Page 5, line 48, by striking the word
1 11 "disenfranchised" and inserting the following:
1 12 "repudiated".
1 13 #4. Page 6, line 1, by inserting after the word
1 14 "d." the following: "The child shall forward, to each
1 15 parent, reports of grades awarded at the completion of
1 16 each academic session, within ten days of receipt of
1 17 the reports."
1 18 #5. Page 6, line 10, by inserting after the word
1 19 "state" the following: "or to a location which is one
1 20 hundred fifty miles or more from the residence of the
1 21 minor child at the time that custody is awarded".
1 22 #6. Page 6, by striking lines 25 through 29 and
1 23 inserting the following:
1 24 "# . Page 130, line 3, by inserting after the
1 25 figure "181," the following: "187,"."
1 26 #7. Page 9, by striking lines 21 through 32.
1 27 #8. By renumbering as necessary.
