  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 2, by striking the word "twenty"
  1  3 and inserting the following:  "eleven thousand five
  1  4 hundred residents but more than ten".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 3, by striking the word
  1  6 "residents" and inserting the following:  "five
  1  7 hundred residents, based upon the 1990 certified
  1  8 federal census,".
