  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "2." the following:  "However, if the prior injury was
  1  4 related to the employee's military service, the
  1  5 provisions of this subsection requiring a ten percent
  1  6 or more functional impairment for that injury shall
  1  7 not apply."
