  1  1    Amend House File 693 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "later." the following:  "This paragraph shall not
  1  4 apply to an action related to a disease or injury that
  1  5 is latent in symptom manifestation, in which case the
  1  6 action shall be deemed to have accrued when the
  1  7 disease or injury and the cause of the disease or
  1  8 injury have been made known to the minor's parent or
  1  9 legal guardian or at the point the minor's parent or
  1 10 legal guardian should have known of the disease or
  1 11 injury and the cause of such disease or injury."
